Did you know that Delta Dental of Colorado offers an easy way to check your patient’s benefits and eligibility?
2. Enter your patient’s information including name, date of birth, and their subscriber ID or Social Security number.
3. Once you’ve entered that information, you can check the patient’s benefits, look up claims, and submit a new claim or treatment plan.
And keep in mind that while it’s easy to simply say, “I accept Delta Dental,” when your patients call, some Delta Dental members are in plans where they may not receive benefits unless they see a PPO dentist. Be specific and help your patients by knowing your participation status — Premier or PPO. Informed patients are happy patients. And happy patients will be eager to return to your office.
