By weaving our mission-building activities into our business priorities, we aim to do what’s right and work towards a healthier Colorado. Through our Elevated Causes strategy, we focus our social responsibility efforts in three ways:
Pathfinders
Team members are encouraged to seek out mission-related causes that help us give back to our community. This program provides volunteer and team-building opportunities. This allows our team members to choose how to best share their time and talents with local nonprofits.
Peak Leadership
Team members help strengthen connections between oral health and local businesses and organizations with a board service commitment. Everyone has access to education that enhances any local community board service. Proven leaders in the company have access to a placement program that aligns their passions with Colorado nonprofits so they can contribute their professional skills as a board member.

We believe that 1+1=3. Combining our efforts with other community partners is key to elevating issues and finding new solutions. We provide sponsorship funding to support organizations and innovations across the state. By calling attention to the importance of oral and overall health, we can drive change throughout Colorado.
